Fine Everything is fine, except that we ordered a transfer from the airport, but we were not met. I had to look for a taxi ourselves. Everything else is as in the description, the territory is clean, the pools too. We changed beach towels as needed, there was always a worker. The room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen were changed almost every day. Everything suited us, the attitude was friendly. It seems to me that first of all it depends on the person himself, how you treat people the way they will treat you. The weather let down, there were rains, but otherwise there are no comments. Yes, and there are no ants in the room and in general any living creatures, as written in previous reviews. In general, we are happy with the rest.

But alas ..... All the hotel is good and the location and service (though gray towels from old age), but .... Through Agoda booked a hotel for 16 nights. Everything would be good, but they did not take into account that a night flight by plane and for the right to stay in your room until 20.00 in the evening, the hotel requested 3500 baht. Doesn't fit: through the Agoda the Deluxe room cost 3000 rubles / day, and now it's 7000 rubles? !!! And there is no connection with the Weather from here 😣

Fabulous Good territory - 3 swimming pools (2 large, one of which has a children's pool nearby and 1 small pool on the 3rd "floor"), inside is well-groomed, clean, lots of greenery and shade. Lots of sun loungers with umbrellas around the pools. There is a busy road in front of the hotel and you can hear it well inside the hotel. But they got used to it quickly. The furniture in the room is already quite worn out and needs replacing, very creaky beds. A small and not very comfortable bathroom, the shower is arranged so that the whole floor is always wet, which is not convenient and slippery. In addition, I did not like the ventilation option (I'm not talking about the air conditioner, everything is ok with it except that it blows on the bed) - it is made in the form of a window in the bathroom that opens onto the corridor. There are only 4-5 rooms in the block with a corridor, but still there was some discomfort from the fact that you can hear what is happening in the other bathrooms and the corridor. The room has a large balcony, shared with the balcony of the adjacent room. The beach is not far away, but the road to it is rather dull.

Very good hotel for 3 stars!We lived in room 1207. What we liked. Large room with a large balcony. The room had a full fridge freezer. LCD TV 26 "with USB input - you can watch your own movie or footage from a camera. There is one Russian channel - RTR. All accessories in the bathroom - from shampoos, shower caps and toothpaste, to sewing kits and cotton swabs. 4 than 3. What I didn’t like. The quality of the bed linen - it came across with holes, torn. The quality of the towels in the bathroom is the same. Gray, different shades of gray :). We cleaned up half as well. Although we left a tip. Well, what a fig with them. We didn't care either. The breakfasts are hearty, but monotonous. For 15 days, boring. But it's hard to leave hungry. There is a choice of food. Cocktails in the bar are nothing, tasty, only a little alcohol is poured into them. smiling, friendly, always ready to help. Overall we liked it. This is a very good hotel for 3 *.

weather - lucky. it rained for three days. one day half a day. from 19th to 1st December. the first day the sky was already black. but everyone was swimming. we, too. it was stormy at night. huge waves. on the second day we decided to take a walk. where do you think? - let's get to the kata noy! two hours on foot. two hours for three beaches. karon. swam at the other end. the view is beautiful. we lived closer to Patong. it's better here. honestly. near the lake. there are not many people. burned while walking. we bought back the scarlet faith. at a market near the beach. in our area for 60 baht. in pharmacies prices are Hollywood! it became a little easier. I walked with a peeling nose for 4 days. Well, what can I say about Kata? nice. the structure of the sand is finer. no waves. Kata-noi. Ltd. this is a mountain .. it is necessary to climb. and then go down the stairs. the beach is small. there are waves. it's great to swing on them. (On Karon, too, super pitching!) The choice of food for breakfast is very large and varied, from light vegetable stews, omelets, fruits, cheeses, breakfast cereals with milk and pastries to more substantial hot and meat dishes with rice and noodles.

After 11 am, the restaurant is open à la carte and serves international or Asian cuisine, as well as fresh grilled seafood. Light snacks, cocktails and drinks are also available at the pool bar. There is a coffee machine in the lobby throughout the day with several delicious complimentary coffees. Please note that drinks purchased outside the hotel are not permitted in the lobby and around the pools.

An alternative to dining at the hotel are numerous restaurants and cafes located on the way to the beach. For those who do not dare to try Asian exoticism, there are establishments with traditional Russian cuisine. A little further, twice a week, a food market opens in the temple building. Grocery stores, including the 24-hour 7Eleven, are also within walking distance. And shopping lovers will be able to test the skills of the chefs shopping center Patong, a short tuk-tuk ride from the hotel. Perhaps we were very tired of the road, since we traveled by train to Moscow at night and then were there for almost a day (at 16.00 departure), but the first impression was depressing. The room is dark as in a den. It is damp. The room was full of mosquitoes, especially in the bathtub, and there was a stench in the bathroom too - it seemed like it was being overtaken by a fan that turned on with the light. There was no strength to understand, I really wanted to sleep. Just lay down and began some kind of constant roar and noisy conversations of the staff. Since everyone passes by this number, there is also a path along which they carry bottles of water. The curtains cannot be opened, since in this place they also stop to chat, you cannot sit on the balcony - everything is in plain sight. In general, the superior room was not great at all. The rest of the superior houses were higher, maybe it was better there, I don't know. But we didn't like the very structure of the dark overhanging roof. We changed it to deluxe in the third building. After going around the entire hotel, we realized that the 3rd building was, perhaps, the best. The balconies are made so that you can sunbathe naked, which I used with convenience. Sea and pond views. In the rest of the buildings, the balconies are made in a cascade. The only disadvantage of the location of the 3rd building is access to the road. It's a bit noisy to sleep with an open window. I think the 5th floor is better. But after that den, this bright room was very pleasing. Audibility is very strong in the buildings, but somehow it didn't really bother me if there were normal neighbors. Vacationers - Russians, Germans, French ... There are many elderly German couples. There are mosquitoes, but, oddly enough, they do not bite. Maybe well fed?
Breakfasts. Everything has already been written before me, I will add only what I have not read anywhere. There are queues during rush hour from 9-10, those with children or three stand in line longer. If you are a couple, then you have to sit at the table with strangers as there are tables 10 cm apart. 2 tables side by side for 4 people. Serving tea, coffee - you don't have to get up.
The location of the hotel. Before you go, take a look at the map. I don’t know why I didn’t. Walk to the sea for 5-10 minutes, but not on a pleasant territory - construction site, sewage ditches. If you cross the road right away, that is, there is a bridge and you can walk along the pond (?) - it’s more pleasant. Walking this route to the sea, you can see a small market. I liked it, but we still haven't figured out what days it works.
The massage is decent at the hotel, the price is 1.5 times higher - but worth it. In the massage promoted by Nin, the masseuses are constantly chatting among themselves discussing clients and laughing when they hurt.
Among the living creatures, two fat rats were seen in front of the hotel, large Thai cockroaches, mosquitoes and lizards.
And yes, the towels are all gray. They and the bed were changed, it seemed to me, every day. From accessories - there is everything that has been written about.
At the pools with sunbeds, fruits fall on the heads :) Then they give off a sour smell, not very pleasant.
In Phuket for the third time, there is something to compare. This hotel was the worst of the three.
