It took about 2 hours to wait for the check-in to the room. The room upon arrival was very dirty. The washroom was not only not cleaned, but as if specially stained with feces. Well, you yourself understand what the impression of the hotel is in such a situation. And after all this was removed ... the staff was waiting for a tip on the doorstep. I don’t want to post photos of all this ... but it’s all there. I am already silent about the inflated cost of everything in this hotel, so the hotel uses the fact that it is on the outskirts.
Liked the beach and pool. But! The hotel is certainly not to blame for this, but nevertheless the plankton bit too much before an allergic reaction on the skin.

An excellent hotel that fully met all expectations. A room on the ground floor with access to the terrace and further to the hotel grounds is a great choice. Everything is in order with security, they often did not close the balcony door :) Good breakfasts, we used the hotel's underground parking without any problems, a great store at the hotel. When booking, it is important to understand that the hotel is located at some distance from the main civilization. There are several good cafes, sell fruit, but you have to get to an active life.

Good hotel for the money. A little "tired", but overall, everything is fine. Rooms are clean, cleaned regularly and efficiently. The breakfasts are super, for every taste. There is European and Asian cuisine, lots of fruits, sweets ... The area is well-groomed, the pools are clean. But there are not enough sun loungers in the season ... You can still install under the trees at the entrance to the beach, then there will definitely be no problems with this ... The beach is magnificent, fine sand, there are no people at all, and the sea is clean, good entrance, moderately deep .. Nearby there is a shop, a small fruit shop, a cafe. But there is no active infrastructure, so whoever is having fun is definitely not here .. This hotel is for a relaxing stay, without noisy animation ..

The hotel is really tired .. the area is poorly maintained .. the pool is muddy .. they cleaned it with an external filter, apparently there are problems with the cleaning system .. linen with holes .. the air conditioner works like a vacuum cleaner, slept with earplugs. Stayed one night before flying back. Most of all upset the hotel management. From a chain hotel you expect consistency in quality down to the details. But not in this case: (Of course, the rooms are clean, well-designed, the territory is green, but the management of this particular hotel is, to put it mildly, "strange." To top it off, they also requested a deposit, for a long time I had not encountered such an attitude towards clients ... per person, this is almost 35% of the room rate !! Further more, you won't be able to pay for this breakfast right away, you need to go to a restaurant in the morning and pay there, they don't offer anything on the menu, you can't just ask for coffee in any of the two restaurants of the hotel! You won't be able to have breakfast nearby either, because the hotel is far from any infrastructure. Designed for a completely unpretentious audience, you can eat, but only: (Alcohol at exorbitant prices (I have not seen such prices anywhere in Thailand from Changmei to Ko-Lipe). Bottom line - the hotel is suitable for families with children (do not forget repellents, around the swamp with mosquitoes), if you want to pay for everything at once and not move anywhere for 7-14 days (they will look after the children, a splash pool with access to a bar and a nanny to your service), but not an option for one or two nights if you are just traveling.

The hotel is not new, the price is overpriced. The room is not new, the shower did not work, so there was no hot water in the room. The location by the sea covers all the disadvantages of the hotel.

There is a hot, traditional for European hotels - scrambled eggs, omelet to order, sausages, bacon, there is an Asian - 2 types of Thai soup, 1 Chinese, oriental noodles, plain white rice. Quite a bit of slicing, there are fruits and a lot of sweet things (waffles, tasteless pancakes, mini-muffins, Thai sweets). The pool is also small, as is the hotel grounds. The beach is sandy, the entrance is gentle at low tide. Low tide / high tide is felt slightly in December, only at the entrance to the water. The water is cloudy due to the suspension of sand in it. He is the smallest and shines in the sun with a small Himmler.
The rooms are very large and spacious. The bathroom is also large with a large spacious shower. Solid 4.

There are many Russian speakers in the hotel, while the staff does not have the slightest desire to try to understand them, with the help of an interpreter on the phone, gestures, and so on. You and your problems are dismissed like a fly. This is very unpleasant. We can say that this is the problem of a guest who does not know of English language but, in my opinion, this is a problem of the hotel, the staff of which does not care about their guests. There is a Russian-speaking employee, but he is not always there, if you force the staff to call him, this solves the problem, and they are too lazy to figure it out. 2. I often live in hotels and, arriving in the evening, at 18 o'clock, ask for a lunch box so that they would give me at 21 o'clock if I need to leave in the morning. In this hotel, the slightest complicated action is not acceptable for the staff: at first they refused me, saying that it was very difficult to prepare it and they would not have time until morning. After I insisted, called the Russian-speaking employee, etc., they reluctantly agreed, but they did not cook anything, for example, a sandwich, which is usually done, but simply put a bun. There are other examples, with a taxi, for example, the same story. In general, the goal of the staff to make the guests' stay comfortable at the hotel is not worth it, that's for sure. 3. Again, the location. The hotel has no shops or currency exchange offices. If you want to buy, say, a cola with whiskey or chips, it won't work. The hotel does not have normal cafes nearby, and in general, in my opinion, there are only two nearby. I had dinner twice at a beach cafe next to the hotel. The quality is disgusting, I do not recommend it to anyone. It is better to eat at the hotel, but it is also not tasty there, with a very high price tag. Other hotels I've stayed at on this trip have noticeably better cuisine at a lower price tag. 4. This is a family run hotel, so if you want to take a break from the kids, this is not your choice. I wanted to take a break from the children, but in this hotel they did not bother me at all. 5. In general, I will say this - it is a good place rest, it seemed to me in the room and in the hotel really cozy and comfortable.

Walking and lying on the beach for a couple of days is great. More time relaxing on the beach will be boring. 2. Spacious rooms and comfortable furniture arrangement. I always take a lot of things and love large spaces. So, the number completely satisfied me. There is a large balcony with a sofa and a table. Lying on it after the beach and putting your feet on the table is still a pleasure. A well thought-out shower, a comfortable sink, in general, everything is good in this regard. 3. Large and comfortable bed with a set of pillows of different hardness. 4. Good green area, there is where to sit and relax, in the evening you can go for a walk to the beach and watch the crabs. 5. Good varied breakfasts. I didn't really like the pastries, or rather ate and tasted better, salted fish, in my opinion, is not edible, but, in general, good variety and quality. Conveniently located furniture, not cramped and comfortable.
