I must say right away that we really liked the rest. The owners are excellent people, kind, helpful, caring and most importantly unobtrusive. And their staff is great. All are clean, very good-natured, sympathetic, all will prompt and tell. Not a single harsh word was heard from anyone during the whole rest.
HAVE RESTED BETTER THAN IN SOME ABROAD HOTELS.
We went on a tour. We ordered two standard double rooms.
When we first arrived, our two rooms were not ready yet. There were some overlaps due to the fact that there were three of us, and we booked 2 double rooms (no one had done this before), but when we figured out the situation, we were settled in a 4-bed suite for one night. (so we were satisfied).
The next day we were settled according to the purchased vouchers. The rooms were standard. Everything you need, everything in the room was - beds with good mattresses, bedside tables, a table, a wardrobe, a TV (there are a lot of channels), a refrigerator (it worked quietly - this is a plus), a fan. The toilet is small but clean, all the plumbing was in good order. Hot water was available all day and night. Bed linen and towels were given clean, almost like new, linen smelled delicious. All these conditions were enough for us. Price - quality match.
The territory of the guest house itself is very beautiful, very clean and tidy (you yourself saw how the owners and their employees cleaned themselves every morning).
We bought in the pool, it seemed to us it seemed clean (but we only swam in the morning). None of us got sick with anything for two weeks.
We ate ourselves, on the territory there is a good small kitchen where you can cook ourselves. But people who have been coming here for several years were asked about the local food in the canteen. None of them complained, they said that the portions are large and the food is quite varied. We ourselves even noticed very tasty smells from the dining room several times, sometimes drooling. But in nutrition, we love independence, we do not like to eat by the hour.
All the while we were resting we wondered how the owners had a well-organized life. We really liked that everything was at hand, we didn't have to go far. There was a shop with all the necessary set of products, the prices were normal, there was a small cafe with drinks, a vegetable shop, a travel agency. And all the main things work late. We really liked the shop where the pastries were sold (mmm, how delicious and hot they have always been). You could order a barbecue from the owners. Their shish kebab is just SUPER. (huge pieces of meat, delicious, juicy, I have never eaten such a kebab in any restaurant).
It was great to get to the main beach - the owners took us 2 times a day in a free taxi and took us back. The local beach is small, we went there only in the morning, and in the evening we always went to the main one (it's more fun there).
I would like to say special thanks to the owner of the guest house Emma for her kindness and understanding. On the day of departure from 5 am it was raining heavily. Check-out hour at guest house set at 8 am, and we only had a train in the evening. We didn’t know what to do, it was scary to leave the room on the street. And here Emma told us that we can stay in the room as long as we need, take our time, have a quiet meal, and take a taxi. The owner Ashot, a cool uncle, helped us with a taxi.
I didn't want to leave at all. Most likely we will come here again, because we have not seen much in Sochi yet. And we will stop here - in a quiet, calm and clean place.
