She stated that she had not seen our reservation at all, that our room had been rented out to other people, and that in general, if she didn’t like something, then she didn’t hold anyone. Wow! After I explained the situation, they sent me 2 variants of the number in other guest houses by mail. Then I was offered another option, it was worse than my original booking and 2 times more expensive. But Ostrovok promised to make up for the difference in cost. There was nothing to do, I agreed.

As a result, we had a good rest. Upon departure, they asked the owner of the guest house for a receipt for payment, the photo of the receipt was sent by e-mail to Ostrovok along with the application.
