Since the vacation was planned with a child (3 years old), we were looking for a hotel where it would be good, green area and entertainment for kids. We chose for a long time and now we decided to try to live in Centara, while on Karon Beach, we already lived in almost every hotel except Movenpick. I'll start with the hotel: the territory is very beautiful and well-groomed, a lot of greenery and flowers. The pools are clean and it is a pleasure to relax near them. The pool for children is just wonderful !!! There are all slides, a cave, a waterfall, very good animators who entertain children !!! There is a large pool, where it is not recommended to come with children, it is for adults, but not because something terrible is happening there, but simply so that people can relax, chat, drink cocktails, etc. The rooms in the hotel are ordinary, I can't say that they are super modern or new, but not killed either !!! All the plumbing is working properly, the air conditioner too, and the bed linen is just snow-white !!! The pillows are very comfortable and the beds are huge !!! After a hot day, it was very comfortable to relax and enjoy your sleep in your room !!! The cleaning is just magical, everything is always very clean, in general the staff of this hotel is really competent, which is a rarity for Thailand and always professionally help in any situation !!! There are a lot of different parties and events for guests in the hotel, there is always something to do without leaving the hotel territory !!! But outside of it, there are also many interesting things !!! The hotel is located just perfect !!! Nearby, 10 meters away, there is a minimarket for femili march. A huge number of cafes, bars, taxi ranks, exchangers with a very favorable rate and about 5-7 minutes to the sea. I did not like that I got sick at the end of our vacation and very seriously caught a cold, today is February 16 ... 2 days since we returned from Phuket, and I still have a severe cold, the reason is that in our room there were constant interruptions in the supply of hot water to the shower, we had to constantly call and ask for hot water. We rested 14 nights ... of which I made 4 or 5 calls to the reception to make adjustments, after adjusting them miraculously in a day or two days everything returned to normal ... the water in all the taps was cold again, due to we washed for 2 days under their cool water, tk. one of our regular calls was ignored, no one came and did anything, but where is it to constantly call and beg ... especially since this is a hotel with a name and a night in this issue it cost us more than 12 thousand rubles for our rubles ... in general, draw conclusions ... 3. It was unpleasant to watch how, in the process of our rest, on the tables of the restaurant where breakfasts were held, signs began to appear threatening fines for taking out food in the amount of 450 ++ baht, well, what can you take out there, a couple of bananas and a bun ... but guys, the money we pay is also not small for your service ... only this is a SERVICE, just lame in places and at the end of the rest it is not home with a positive, but with snot and temperature ... 4. Our room 2201 opposite the playground .... once from the balcony we saw a huge rat running along the path near this playground, where cats run smaller than this rat ... in general, also a minus, apparently problems with garbage disposal, they are stored for a long time on the territory ... and in general it is also possible due to the fact that many order food in the room and leave food leftovers in the plates in the corridor under the doors of their rooms and all this costs ... the conclusion is the reason for the rodents.

Breakfast is varied, there is plenty to choose from, but from day to day the same thing in principle. I liked the area of the hotel very much. I liked that when asked to move to a quieter room overlooking the children's pool, where there was noise and din from the animation, the staff listened and complied with our request.

I really like the location of the hotel, close to the sea and cafes and at the same time in a cozy calm. The territory has its own micro-world, silence, tranquility ... Everything is green, beautiful, cozy. Great service, friendly staff. We lived in the main building in a room with a sea view, we deliberately choose this room category for the second time, I like to live there and like the view of the mountains, sea and city. When booking, it is not possible to understand which rooms overlook the noisy area !!! (children's animation), all buildings and rooms require urgent renovation !!! although cleaned up; among the three buildings in two (three-storey) there are no elevators; bathrooms need to be updated; rooms are cleaned in different time; the central breakfast restaurant is overloaded during rush hour in the morning, some especially popular dishes (dumplings, various non-standard handicrafts) may not be enough; the assortment of fruits is large, but especially popular ones may not be enough (passion fruit), some are not tasty (pineapple, melon), and some are simply not there, even in season (mango) !!!; a small river flows through part of the hotel, which leads to a large number of mosquitoes in the adjacent buildings (it is necessary either to make it more picturesque, or put it in a chimney); the second restaurant (adjacent to the children's pool) has a very limited selection of breakfast options.
