The lithium - ion battery must be removed from the device itself and transported separately in hand luggage, and the hoverboard itself (or other small personal vehicles) must be checked in with the luggage, but the main thing is that the power of such a battery does not exceed 160 watts per hour. If you have a built-in battery, then it is no longer possible to transport it, you must register the cargo with the airline as dangerous. It is also important to call the airline and inform that you are carrying this device, they will tell you exactly what you need to do with it, at least in Aeroflot and many others. Russian airlines there is such a rule.
3. Valuables: documents, jewelry, equipment (phones, laptops). I’ll tell you even more, these things must be taken with you, and not left in your luggage.
