The rest of the tourists spent the whole day in negotiations with Natalie-Tours on relocation to a hotel of the corresponding category. The next morning we came to a meeting with the guide Vadim and heard "in 15 minutes we are leaving for another hotel" - we were automatically resettled with everyone, without notifying ourselves about it. To our question "What would have happened if we had not come now?", Vadim logically answered "But you did come." As a result, we lost exactly two days, spending them on suitcases. We (already all six tourists) turned to Vadim with a request to somehow apologize from the tour operator and compensate for 2 lost days. Vadim said that Natalie-Tours are ready to give us an excursion to the zoo for 400 Baht in exchange for receipts that we have no claims to Natalie-Tours. Pretty suspicious, isn't it? No apologies / regrets were even spoken verbally. The representative of the company refused to give any contacts of his colleagues both in Thailand and in Moscow - “no one will do anything to you anyway”. Vadim's tone and behavior terrified everyone - he admitted obscene words, was rude, daring, waving in front of us his keychain with boxing gloves in a bull's pose. When it became obvious to everyone that there was not only a violation of business etiquette and human treatment in general, but also smack of lawlessness, we took out a camera. Vadim changed even more in tone and face: "I'll break it for you now, take it away!" And then the curtain: "The Russian does not touch the Russian in Tae, but the Thais will do whatever they want for my small fee." Don't you think this is overkill? Realizing that there was no point in continuing the conversation with the representative of Natalie-Tours in an intelligent shirt, we left to improve our rest for the better. Of course, we did not sign any papers. On this, our communication with Vadim, thank God, ended. The rest itself was good. On the eve of departure, on August 30, in theory, flight information was supposed to appear. But, of course, Natalie Tours is beyond that. Fortunately, there is the Internet and we found out when we had a flight, but the transfer issue remained. Six poor tourists have already united and they had to call Vadim again. He responded with refusals in the standard way, saying that we need to call some Vera (wow, even though he gave the contact of a colleague now). It took three hours or more to get through to Vera. Of course, Vera was not at all in the subject, and if not for our call, no one would even pick us up from the hotel. In the end, after all, we left safely. The End.

09/02/2019 I arrived at this hotel with my wife. We arrived earlier than 12.00, filled out a card at the reception and calmly waited in the lobby for check-in at 14.00. By the time of check-in, a lot of guests had already arrived, and at first it was not clear in what order we would all be settled. But we were "lucky". The hospitable receptionists of this hotel themselves called us first, gave us one key card and escorted us to our room 613 in the same block as the reception. At first I did not understand where they were taking us, because we were not walking along the corridor where all the rooms are located, but somewhere in a corner that looked more like a utility room. There is a gap of 3 cm between the door and the doorway, because a normal hotel cannot have such an entrance to the room. The door could not open normally because it hit the bed !!!The room is so small that, apart from the bed, there was nothing physically fit. There is also a wardrobe, the doors of which do not open in either direction (what's the use of it?). The room is located in such a wilderness that no wi-fi can reach it. There is no safe either. For interest, we went into the room to those who were settled after us. All of the above disadvantages are absent. How the good-natured hotel staff determined that we were the ones who deserve this kennel remains a mystery, and even the very first were shoved there. There is a Russian-speaking representative of the Alexandra Hotel at the reception. We turned to her with a question about resettlement. We unknowingly used the toilet and because of this, now we cannot be relocated, as a general cleaning of the room is required. They offered to move out of their kennel the next at 12-00 and wait again until 14-00 for a possible check-in. It is clear that they do not give any guarantees. So far, I have not been able to find a single plus of this hotel. Any of you can find yourself in a similar situation here, so think about whether the 2 days spent and the nerves are worth the rest in this hotel. I think not. We were immediately taken to a room in another block on the first floor. This room already corresponds to the standard room of this hotel, which we booked. Nothing supernatural ordinary Standart room, but good view to the sea and a mosque (in which, as it turned out later, services are held at exactly 5-20 in the morning, and this is very well heard in a room with a closed door to the balcony). As soon as we calmed down, the next day they put a note at our room asking us to approach Alexandra. We approached. Alexandra immediately informed us that it would be about our negative review. They also solved our problem with the kennel, but my review does not say about it. Therefore, we were threatened either I delete the review or we are moved back to the kennel. To be honest, I'm crazy. Instead of apologizing and somehow trying to make amends for our joint, we are threatened with overpowering back. I refused to delete the review, but agreed to add it (it would be objective and fair). This option did not suit Alexandra, she demanded to change the review so that it was more positive. And, in her opinion, this hotel does not deserve a rating of 1. I think "it's cool, the hotel tells me what rating to put and how to write my review correctly." Then Alexandra called some curly-haired Turk. We weren't introduced to him, but sort of like a hotel manager. We were asked if we know English, we answered no. The Turk began in English, looking somewhere to the side, to say something like that we are stupid, we do not understand anything, it is useless for us to explain anything at all, this kennel is also a standard, only small and we are such good fellows who moved you, and you are stupid to us here you arrange and so on. Moreover, he repeated the word "stupid" 8 times, for some reason Alexandra did not translate it for us. In general, time passed, we wanted to go to the beach and I agreed to edit the review and supplement it. As for the hotel itself. The audibility in the rooms is very good, every rustle is heard. Every night drunk people run around the hotel and talk very loudly. Our room was always cleaned after lunch at about 14-00 - 15-00. When the heat is on the street and after dinner you want to lie down to rest, you have to get up and leave the room to wait until they clean up there. Fruit always includes watermelon, grapes, nectarines, oranges, pears, apples and unripe plums. The restaurant staff works well. The spa was not used, nothing special to say. There is a lot of things within walking distance. Of course, Cleopatra Beach has nothing to do with the hotel, but people come to this hotel because of it. The beach is covered with gobies and rubbish. I saw how the Turks gnaw sunflower seeds in the middle of the beach and spit the peel right on it. A flock of pigeons gathered around them, which then flew to spoil the rest. The first 4 days of rest from the left and right edges of the beach was a more or less normal entrance to the sea, consisting of small pebbles. Then 2 days were big waves and everywhere at the entrance to the sea there were large slippery stones. The beach itself is not made of sand, but of small pebbles. Walking on them is not as pleasant as on the sand and during the day they get very hot. Bottom line. The hotel could be promising, but the management is pulling it to the bottom.
