Cottage village "Finnish village North" is located on the territory of the Vsevolozhsk region, 22 km from the ring road, in the immediate vicinity of the village of Kiskelovo. The project belongs to the Inprom company.

What has been done in the village? Of the communications, only electrical networks function. Gas should appear, but it is not known when. He has been promised for so long that the prospects seem more and more ghostly. Residents have doubts that gas will ever appear. The road is not very good: the 1 km section from the asphalt exit to the checkpoint is inconvenient. In places - potholes, in places - hills, in the off-season the soil is eroded.

The land on which the KP "Finskaya Derevnya" is located had the status of DNP. This meant that it was much more difficult to register in the houses than if the status was IZHS. The long-awaited transfer of land from DNP to IZHS took place. This happened due to the inclusion of the KP in the village of Kiskelovo. Now getting permanent registration is not a problem.

The monthly payment for the maintenance of the village is 3 thousand rubles, not too much and not too little. This includes road maintenance and repair, security and garbage collection. In general, all this is being done, there are no complaints.

The level of development of its own infrastructure leaves much to be desired. There are playgrounds on duty, sports grounds. Residents have to use external infrastructure. Closest to settlements Leskolovo, Verkhniye Oselki, further - Kuyvozi, etc. There are kindergartens, schools, some large shops, consumer services centers, medical institutions. But, of course, you need to understand that this is a suburb, and in principle it is not able to compare with the infrastructure of a metropolis.
