How to get to the Rock of Kiseleva

I know several ways.

1. Walk along the coast from the Tuapse beach, which is located behind the shipyard. The road is not very good (if you can call it a road) and it is stressful to go in the heat. But for those who like hiking, that's the very thing.
2. By boat. Several times a day a motor ship departs from the port of Tuapse and takes tourists to Kiseleva Skala. There you can go ashore, take a walk, swim and take pictures to your heart's content.

If you go a little lower, along the trodden path, then you will find yourself at such a “fork” that leads to the rock itself, and 2 descents to the sea. The right one is steeper, there is even a rope hanging there to facilitate the ascent and descent, and therefore there are much fewer tents.

But, of course, everyone swims, while I want to emphasize that the bottom in this place is peculiar, you can swim 20-30 meters and rest against stones, which you can climb to full height and the water will not even reach your knee. Camping cost

From us for the car “with all the people” they charged 300 rubles per night (mid-August 2014), and the seller asked if it was okay. There was a feeling that bargaining was appropriate in that dialogue. But they didn’t bargain, because wanted to decompose and see the beauty as soon as possible.

• dirty, alas, but in August there is a lot of dirt = (If you look, even in the photos you can see heaps of garbage (hello to the pigs who cannot take out the garbage bag behind them). But the dirt is not only from garbage, below, the sea has problems with the toilet, the fact is that the toilet is organized upstairs, of course no one goes upstairs, so a small stream of the hand turned into a toilet right next to the stairs.

The father did not approve of the choice of his daughter, locked her under seven locks and found a wealthy 70-year-old husband.

Having found out about this, the daughter decided to run away from the family and made an appointment with her lover on Mount Kiseleva. Dyshek climbed onto his horse and galloped headlong to his beloved. Nevertheless, finding himself at the appointed place, he was immediately detained by papa's servants. One awkward step - and quite by accident the guy flew off the cliff into the abyss.

On his lips was heard only the name of his beloved. After all the evenings, Guache spent at the cliff, but love was so strong that she could no longer live without her lover and threw herself into the abyss after him. The waters buried them, and the hill has been nicknamed the "Rock of Tears" ever since. There is an opinion that in the evenings at the top you can hear the singing of that girl.

The signal for the beginning of the ceremony was supposed to be a fire lit by Gouache. On the night of the abduction, the girl decided to test her beloved one last time. She put a flaming lamp on a log and lowered it into the water. When the guy arrived and saw a floating light, he immediately understood the intentions of his future wife. On horseback, he went down to the sea and swam for a log. The horseman sank deeper and deeper into the sea. The horse was no longer visible, but Dyshek was a strong young man. And if it were not for the heavy chain mail ... The guy swam to the fire, but he could not find the strength to return back.

The girl did not wait for her beloved. Since that time, Guache, who did not become a wife, often and for a long time stood on the edge of the cliff, looking out at her fiancé. She cried bitterly and sang songs. The woman realized that she could not live without her Dysheek and jumped off the cliff into the sea abyss. Water has become a common grave for lovers. And the rock has acquired the name "rock of tears". Rumor has it that from time to time at night from the top of the cliff one can hear crying and sad songs that the girl hums.
