We paid 1500 rubles for the room. per day. There was nothing supernatural for this money. A standard set of such hotels: air conditioning, separate shower, TV with cable TV, kettle, dishes. Food was not included in the price. But the view from the balcony to the sea sunset compensated for all the material costs!

There are no problems with food in the village. A multitude of canteens, cafes and restaurants are able to feed the most fastidious guests.

My son and I had dinner in the canteens. At first, we tried about 3-4 pieces, but settled on one (I don't remember the name, it was located not far from our hotel on Portovaya street). It was pretty cozy there, and most importantly delicious! A varied menu and always fresh products. The check was about 250 - 350 rubles:

1. First - 70-100 rubles.

2. Second hot dish (side dish and meat dish) - 80-150 rubles.

3. Salad - 40 - 60 rubles.

4. Drink - 20 - 40 rubles.

5. Baking - 35 rubles.

For dinner, we went out to the center or to the embankment in a cafe. We visited quite a few of them, but I would like to mention the institution "ChaiHona Caravan"... Arriving there, you find yourself in a real oriental tale. The stylized interior and unobtrusive service make you come back again and again. The assortment of dishes is varied, everything that we ordered was prepared very tasty!

Separately, I will say for parents that their products are supplied from their own eco-farm and apiary. Perhaps this explains the slightly inflated prices.

If your kids love playrooms, then visit "L 'cafe" on the street Soviet. We ordered sushi and pizza there. I liked the sushi and the pizza disappointed. The average bill for two with drinks is 1500 rubles.

For those who prefer to cook their own food, purchasing everything you need will also not be a problem. In Dzhubga there are several Magnit chain supermarkets with reasonable prices, as well as a grocery market.

In the central market, we bought fruit and barbecue meat. The selection is good, but the prices are high.

Beach

There is only one beach in Dzhubga - the central city beach, stretching for almost a kilometer in length. Covered with sand with small pebbles. The bottom near the coast is flat, there are no sharp drops in depth. It is convenient for children to go in and swim.

The water was warm and clean, the sea was not stormy. The beach was periodically cleaned by special people, the sand was cleaned with a rake. There were a lot of people from morning to evening, so they came early to take the place they liked.

The beach area is equipped with everything for comfortable rest tourists:

• sun canopies with sun loungers (cost 100 rubles);
• changing rooms, toilets and showers (free of charge);
• cafes and points of sale with ice cream and soft drinks;
• professional rescue point.

Neither adults nor children will be bored on the beach. At your service:

• water entertainment (rent of catamarans, jet skis, scooters, "banana", "frog", "cheesecake");
• trampolines and attractions for the little ones (my son was especially impressed by the inflatable slide from which you slide right into the sea);
• every hour a boat went to sightseeing tour with swimming in the open sea (250 rubles / person);
• massage;
• shower "Charcot". I tried it on myself for the sake of interest. For 150 rubles. a high-pressure jet of water will be directed at you.

I didn’t feel any massage effect, besides there were bruises on my body. I do not advise.

For lovers of secluded relaxation, there is a wild nudist beach a kilometer from the central one. There are large pebbles, large boulders at the bottom. You have to be very careful while swimming.

Entertainment

Most families with children prefer to go to Dzhubga, because there is everything for a memorable vacation. Based on my own experience, I can suggest:

Water park "Dzhubga"

Designed for visitors of any age. There is a heated swimming pool for the little ones. The ticket price for an adult for the whole day is 1000 rubles, for a child - 500 rubles. Half a day, respectively, is cheaper.

The water park is the largest in the Tuapse region. Modern slides surprise with their uniqueness. The water in the children's pools is specially treated. So it's not scary if the child suddenly swallows it.

For us, the day in the park flew by unnoticed, we got a lot of positive emotions!

Museum "Quirks of the Forest"

It is easy to find from the giant wooden dinosaur sculpture. The museum does not have its own premises; it is located in the house where its founder, woodcarver A.M. Gzhelyak, used to live and work. The exposition features about 1,500 wooden figurines, as well as personal belongings of the creator.

Leisure for an amateur, I really liked it, but my son was frankly bored.

Penguinarium

Inhabitants, frankly, there are not enough. In the aquarium, the penguins have a glass ball through which you can observe them at close range. They are funny and the kids love them. A fur seal and a seal are adjacent to them.

Unfortunately this place is not for visitors with small children. Some scenes are so realistic that they can be intimidating.

Dolphinarium "Nemo"

You will have to pay 600 rubles per person for the entrance, which is not cheap. Children under 5 years old - free.

We liked the show, cheerful music and lovely animals cheered us up for the whole day. The show lasts about 1 hour, it is forbidden to touch animals. A photo costs 500 rubles.

3. If you like to travel by your own car and unity with nature, then you can stop at a campsite or at a caravan. Camping "Dream Coast" has earned a lot of positive reviews.

5. If you are planning to cook your own food, take your own dishes, at least for the child.

A friend of ours once told us a wonderful and very funny story about his trip to Krasnodar region... I especially remember his admiring review of how he spent his vacation in the village of Dzhubga, the name of which I then heard for the first time. Then the story was forgotten and remembered again when we began to plan a 2016 vacation on our Black Sea. Dzhubga somehow immediately caught my eye.

And although our friend is a fan of spending a rest as a savage and settling in a tent, and we were looking for a slightly different rest, nevertheless, after reading the information and making sure that there was a sea of ​​housing there, we went, taking our five-year-old daughter Nyura with us. We did not book accommodation. We drove at the beginning of July, read, the places were supposed to be. In extreme cases, our friends live in Tuapse, we would go to them. But I really didn't want to spend my vacation in Tuapse, Dzhubga is still better. We do not like Tuapse beaches, and the air there is somehow not clean.

We got to Dzhubga for 1.5 days with all the stops, and there were about 3 of them for the whole time. I mean major stops. My husband stayed behind the wheel well, given that a difficult road begins in the area of ​​the village, something like a serpentine. But in general, it is very civil everywhere, the road is good, modern, along the way you come across many cafes with decent food. The prices are not ice, but most importantly - soup, salad - enough money to eat. Andrei and I would have interrupted the sandwiches, but the baby needs to be fed normally so that the big one grows.

In general, we drove along the M-4, then a small turn onto the A-147 and straight to Dzhubga. The road seemed five minutes long, because in the windows the nature was becoming more and more beautiful. And here she is Dzhubga. I liked the landscapes at once, I did not see anything more beautiful even in the direction of Tuapse, although there are also mountains there. But in Dzhubga, the mountains combined with a very sandy wide beach... This contrast looked great. Mount Hedgehog ... A separate attraction. As if a thorny animal had really come to drink from the sea of ​​water! The landscapes are unique, and Dzhubga itself lies in a mountain valley, in a convenient protected area.

The only thing I didn't like was the abundance of cars, even I would say an overabundance! They ran back and forth, there is nowhere to park, some go to Dzhubga, the second - from Dzhubga, the third - passing through, the fourth - the locals ride; fifth - taxi drivers. In general, there is complete confusion with cars in Dzhubga, as well as with parking spaces. But we were not at a loss and immediately took the place of the car that had just driven off in the free parking lot near the entrance to the village, assuming that everything was already taken by the sea.

Dzhubga is long, walking to the beach from the far end is long enough. We traveled on foot for 20-30 minutes with a small child almost without stopping. We went to the beach - and here it is the sea! Slightly unclear because of the sand, but the color ...! Beauty and more! We were immediately caught by several traders. Not immediately, of course, in turn. We probably saw that we were looking around, we hardly understand what was happening, and how we suddenly found ourselves by the sea in an instant! Satisfied, we went to look for housing on foot. Had to because of parking problems.

First, we looked at guest houses in Dzhubga near the sea. We were a little scared by the prices, which somehow did not look particularly like the prices of the private sector. We found a guest house in the village of Dzhubga, the prices of which more or less suited us, 2 hours later on Sovetskaya Street, 10 minutes from the sea. After an hour of our walk, the daughter began to roar, and the private sector of Dzhubga did not please us all. So much for a search without intermediaries! Sometimes there were dirty rooms or grandma's furnishings. In general, exactly what I would strongly not want. Or they just didn't like the owners. There were also places where there were no free rooms or the owners simply did not get in touch. I had to put Nyura in a cafe and buy a milkshake, and take turns taking turns. After searching for housing, I can conclude: people in Dzhubga are far from all sociable. Then the lovely hostess of our guest house explained that during the high season they get so tired of the crowds that they really don't want to talk to anyone.

All that we did on vacation in Dzhubga was felting on the seashore and children's entertainment. But we do it masterfully! With Andrey we tested ourselves for courage on only two rides. Catapult and Parachute, but the thrill lasted for a year! I recommend to extreme enthusiasts, you will not regret it! Nyura rode a banana, on water slides, the whole family took pictures with the blacks who attacked the lying tourists.

I liked the fact that there are many things for children in Dzhubga. There is a large enough water park next to the beach. This was our Nyura's favorite place. The pleasure is not cheap, so we visited it only 3 times. But it was not a day, but a holiday for our child, and after that she walked very silk in gratitude to us and from pleasant fatigue.
